名称类型说明
Command WideString字符串类型，提交的管理员命令串。
TimeOut Integer整数类型，命令超时的毫秒数。
NoDataTimeOut Integer整数类型，收到第一个数据开始多久没有数据则返回。
返回 OleVariant
返回命令的结果串。
